As a member of the Marketing committee, our primary objective was to increase the number of memberships at the club for the oldest football fan base outside of Italy.

When I joined, the club had just 13 active members. This was due to the fact that members felt that they were not getting their value for money, and ex members no longer extended the subscription. Through pre-game social events and building hype during Roma's fantastic 2022 season, the team grew the subscriptions to over 150 active fans.

To increase funds, product sales for the club were introduced including branded mugs, scarves and occasionally signed kits. The merchandise was introduced curtesy of the rebranding exercise the team and I carried out. A new fresh design brought life to the club.

However, my biggest campaign during my 2 years of the committee was the 50th Anniversary Match Day event. In celebration of this, the committee ran a campaign with the sole focus of raising attendance for the 2023 Europa League Final In the end, over 70 members attended with a small budget of €300. Event resulted in a profit of €230, through customised T Shirts for sale.
