Description

ISL Malta is a solution based company that has been in operations for over 30 years. They specialise in various software solutions, whilst also having their own in house built solutions. When I joined, there was no dedicated marketing department in place. Using my knowledge from my qualifications combined with my business experience, I worked alongside the directors & Chief of Staff to define and implement a tailored marketing strategy for ISL Malta.

My first initiative was establishing their online presence, helping the company increase its Facebook & LinkedIn followers to 6,000 and 3,000 respectfully.

Beyond the marketing techniques, I also worked on the company's voice. This implementation was inline to set the tone for the future of its operations. This implementation impacted the company's value, brand purpose and a new face to the company. This involved creating and enhancing the branding guidelines, messaging and story of the company.

The full launch of "Solutions that suit your business" was focused on during ISL's 30th anniversary, where I helped organise an internal staff party of around 100 people. The campaign highlights ISL's 3 Decades of operations, and looks ahead at the brighter future with "Solutions to suit your business."

I also focused on optimising the whole official website using WordPress editor. The SEO optimisation lead to an increase of lead inquiries from just 1 per month to 2-3 per week.
