What started as a hobby ended up being one of my most evolved projects. My online bakery business had a strong digital presence across various social media platforms, alongside a constant daily request of new orders to be made.
I created & managed all social media content, alongside baking and fulfilling the orders. I operated the bakery for 4 years, creating new and exciting seasonal treats with their respective promotional campaigns throughout.
I've also partnered and collaborated with many Maltese growing businesses such as Big Rons & +Boost. My most viral campaign took place with +Boost, where our easter figolli was featured on Lovin' Malta, a leading digital news platform in Malta. That campaign brought a total of 284 easter orders.
I also ran multiple Bakehouse pop-up stands selling baked goods directly to at the respective event. It was a great way to gain exposure whilst also increase sales. Pop-up stands were completely sold out every time.
The bakery showed me the importance of target audience experience, the power of branding and digital visibility.
